    Assisting Training Programs

The Operational Communications Centre understands that being a Dispatcher is a difficult task and isn't a skill that many are able to obtain within a basic Training Course no matter the content within the Courses the job will still be difficult that is why we offer Programs to assist any new Members facing fears of Dispatching or any of the required confidence in the skills you have been taught we have created specific programs for these skills-based learning. These programs are called the ' Sit along program, Semi-Serious Patrol Dispatching ' these courses have been created with the intention of training and hopefully making you the Dispatcher you can be.

Within the Operational Communications Centre, we offer opportunities for everybody to experience the Advanced Training Courses offered by our Elite and methodically thought out Leadership Teams.
